Job Description

Wilson Technologies, Inc. is looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Administrative and Real Estate Assistant provides support to the Human Resources and Real Estate departments. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented, super responsive, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, able to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, able to think outside of the box, meet tight deadlines and maintain strict CONFIDENTIALITY regarding all documents and communications. Candidate’s schedule must be flexible.

Administrative Responsibilities:
β€’ Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
β€’ Assist with the maintenance of employee files and the HR filing system
β€’ Assist with various projects that the HR department is undertaking (I-9 audit, accuracy of employee data records, job descriptions)
β€’ Prepare source documentation needed for new hires
β€’ Provide assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job board or website
β€’ Assist with maintenance of contract data files
β€’ Assist with proposal preparation and submission efforts
β€’ Conduct market research as requested
β€’ Assist in answering phones
β€’ Maintain office supply inventory
β€’ Assist in reviewing marketing material and updating website
β€’ Assist with maintaining and completing certification applications
β€’ Work with account managers to resolve customer service issues
β€’ Participate in staff meetings

Real Estate Responsibilities:
β€’ Search for deals through property listings, create Comparative Market Analysis
β€’ Interview prospective clients, discuss conditions of sale, draw up real estate contracts and provide representation for buyer or seller
β€’ Coordinate with title companies, lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, etc. to ensure services are completed
β€’ Promotes sales of properties through advertisements, website, and participation in multiple listing service and coordinate appointments to show property to prospective buyers.

Qualifications/Requirements:
β€’ Associates degree or higher preferred
β€’ 5+ years of progressive administrative experience
β€’ 3+ years of Real Estate experience
β€’ Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland or District of Columbia
β€’ Proven experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
β€’ Certification in Microsoft Office a plus
β€’ Experience using social media tools
β€’ Must have excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
β€’ Excellent team player


Working Conditions

This position is located in Silver Spring, MD and requires no travel
