Job Description
We are looking to connect with the locals in the area to join our team as Field Operators.
A field operator is a person that looks for properties and motivated sellers in their spare time. The property may need repairs, may be vacant, have for sale by owner signs in the yard, abandoned, has city code violation signs, a tired landlord, the owner is having trouble paying the mortgage, the owner is going through a divorce, a death in the family, or the owner simply wants to sell their property without going through a realtor.
This is an opportunity to make a great income as this position yields an average of $80,000 a year.
Requirements:
