Reporting to the National Canvass Director, the Frontline Analytics and Budget Director (FABD) is responsible for managing all aspects of the Frontline annual budgeting process, and its corollary reporting and reforecasting processes. It will be their duty to gather and interpret performance data from the canvassing program and develop recommendations and reports for Frontline management to use in making data-driven decisions to ensure fundraising success. The FABD will work to deliver these strategic, foundational budgetary elements as well as oversee the administrative operations of the program and build the infrastructure to deliver the strategic vision and internal support through the Frontline Operations (FLOPS) team. This team collaborates across departments as needed to complete administrative and project objectives with a focus on creating greater efficiency in the operations of the canvass program..
The successful candidate will be detail oriented with a strong understanding of fundraising budget processes and oversight, ability to perform data analysis and evaluate operational metrics, and how to drive a support-oriented team. If you are driven, resourceful, strategic and have a knack for creating clarity in an often rapidly changing and chaotic environment this is the role for you.
