Ladner Centre Medical Clinic offers Group Family Practice and Walk-in Clinic services providing Primary Health Care (cradle to grave) in the heart of Ladner, BC. This clinic is in walking distance to most shops, cafÃ©s, services and amenities. Delta General Hospital is a convenient 5 minute drive away.
Ladner Centre Medical Clinic is a well-established clinic, newly renovated in 2012. LCM is part of a larger group of family practice clinics. This association provides greater professional flexibility both in practice and in time away.
As a Family Physician here, you will be joining a flexible and dynamic team of GPs with varied interests within their medical practice (some work hospitalist, surgical assist, residential care in addition to their FP). The office team of MOAâ€™s are professional and friendly. This clinic utilizes Wolf EMR (electronic medical records). The Doctorâ€™s here see on average 26 to 35 patients per day and may see up to 50 patients per day when working the walk-in clinic.

Title of Position: Family Physician, General Practitioner (3112 NOC)
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Family Physicians and General Practitioners provide comprehensive longitudinal primary health care and medical services.
Qualifications/Education: Completion of a three or four year Medical Doctor (MD) degree program at an accredited university, followed by family medicine or specialty post-graduate training. Subsequently, completion of the qualifying examinations of the Medical Council of Canada and must be eligible for License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC) provisional/full license or Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP).
Internationally Educated Medical Graduates (IMGâ€™s) of Accredited Medical Schools who have completed their residency program within Canada, USA, Caribbean, UK, Ireland or Australia may be eligible for a Provisional License where a residency may not be required.
